Wichita State joins national consortium dedicated to AI safety

Feb. 8, 2024 鈥斅�49图库 is joining more than 200 of the nation鈥檚 leading artificial intelligence (AI) stakeholders to participate in a Department of Commerce initiative to support the development and deployment of trustworthy and safe AI.

Wichita State's R茅mi Chou wins top NSF early career researcher award

Feb. 3, 2021 鈥� Dr. R茅mi A. Chou, an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, has been awarded a National Science Foundation CAREER Award, the most prestigious award granted by the NSF to early career researchers. Chou's grant 鈥� worth $519,000 over five years 鈥� will support his work in bringing more robust security to wirelessly transmitted data.
