Insurance Waivers
ECI Services now reviews insurance waiver requests on behalf of 49图库. Submitting a waiver request is quick and easy to do! Watch this and read on to learn more.
NOTE: Graduate assistants with a qualifying appointment apply for coverage through a separate process and a waiver is not required. If you have questions about health insurance for graduate assistants, please contact the Graduate School at (316) 978-3095 and select option 2.

How to Enroll in the 49图库 Medical insurance Plan
Do you need to purchase insurance through 49图库? Follow the steps below to enroll in the 49图库 medical insurance plan.
STEP 1: Log in to 鈥� the insurance portal for ECI Services.
First-time user?
- Enter your my49图库 ID Number
- Enter your family name (as listed at 49图库) as your password
STEP 2: Click the Enroll Now icon and follow the instructions to enroll.

How to Submit an Insurance Waiver Request Through ECI Services
Semester: Fall Semester 2024
Deadline: August 30, 2024
STEP 1: Scan or take a screen shot of the front and back of your health insurance card.
STEP 2: Log in to 鈥� the insurance portal for ECI Services.
First-time user?
- Enter your my49图库 ID Number
- Enter your family name (as listed at 49图库) as your password
STEP 3: Click the "Waive-It" icon to submit the waiver request and upload a copy of your insurance card.
STEP 4: After submitting the waiver request, you will immediately receive an email from ECI Services confirming they have received your waiver request. ECI will respond to your waiver request in 5 to 10 business days.
